Welcome — I’m Malati, founder of Grow & Heal Coaching

I support clients, especially women over 40 who feel exhausted, unfulfilled, or lost in the demands of others to reconnect with their true selves.

Through deep healing and practical tools, I help you break old patterns, reclaim your energy, and create a life that feels purposeful, aligned, and truly your own.

My journey toward holistic health and inner transformation began in the midst of crisis — after receiving a devastating diagnosis while working as an editor at Germany’s largest TV broadcaster.

​

Although I had already spent over 30 years practicing meditation and Bhakti-yoga, studying in a traditional Indian ashram, I hadn’t yet fully embodied what I had learned — nor shared it with others. I had ignored my health and lost sight of my inner truth. That wake-up call changed everything.

I began to explore consciousness and healing on a much deeper level. What I discovered was this: our mind and awareness shape every part of our reality. Once I understood that, I made a commitment to turn inward, prioritize my well-being, and truly live in alignment with my purpose.

That journey led me to create Grow & Heal Coaching — a space where healing, growth, and spiritual reconnection come together.

Today, I work with women using powerful tools such as the Mind Movies Method, History Clearing, brainwave-based meditations, Akashic Records, and Covered Systemic Constellation to support deep transformation on all levels.
