Ancient Vedic Wisdom In Dialogue with Subtle Realm Explorations - Part 1

In this conversation with Navadvipa Das Ji— editor of Jīva Gosvāmī’s landmark work Ṣaṭ-Sandarbhas (published by Jīva Institute) — we discuss non-physical realms, consciousness beyond the body, and if it is possible to reconcile modern spiritual experiences with Indian scriptures and Gaudīya Vaiṣṇava philosophy. Navadvipa shares unique insights on a pressing question for today’s practitioners: how to integrate timeless Gaudīya teachings, bhakti practice, and scriptural authenticity within our greatly expanded modern worldview. This dialogue offers valuable guidance for anyone exploring Vedic spirituality, consciousness studies, or mystical experience through a traditional yet open lens.

Living Aligned – From Reaction to Presence

This is Part 1 of the fourth workshop. First, we explore the fundamental gap between knowing and doing. Why don't we automatically live what we intellectually understand? We examine where most people spend their energy: at the level of effect—constantly managing circumstances and chasing outcomes. The breakthrough comes when we understand: the outer world follows the inner world. We are all living tuning forks, broadcasting frequencies that shape our reality through the Law of Resonance. This part concludes with the powerful "Seeing the Hook" exercise, where you identify your victim consciousness patterns and take the first step toward reclaiming your power.

From Overwhelmed to Empowered

This is a partial replay of my Online workshop to help you pause, breathe, and discover practical tools to break the habits that keep you running on empty. Many people find themselves stuck in emotional patterns of stress, people-pleasing, and self-doubt—without realizing how much it’s costing them. But the good news is that these patterns can be changed. And when they shift, your whole life shifts with them. You will discover how to break free from these patterns, release subconscious blocks, and realign with your authentic power. You’ll learn practical tools to calm your mind, open your heart, and feel deeply connected again. This workshop is part of my ongoing work supporting people who want to live with more clarity, joy, and authenticity.
